BALANCE SHEET recognition of the resources of an economic entity (cash, original investment, assets, liabilities, notes payable, owner’s equity, balance sheets, inventory, earnings, expenses). 3. INCOME STATEMENT (Gross Profit, Net Profit, Income Statements, Cash Flow). 4. Definition of Retained Earnings, Loans, Credit, Accounts Payable, Notes Payable. 5. Accrual Method, Cash Method, Paid Labor, Accounts Receivable, Bad Debt, Interest, Prepaid Expenses, Creative Accounting ;). 6. About INVOICE and FIFO/LIFO method. 7.
