(tylko po angielsku) Learning outcomes for the first degree studies based on the Resolution of the Senate of Maria Curie-Skłodowska University No XXII-39.6/12 of 25 April 2012, i.e. from cycle 2012/2013: W1 - The student knows and understands basic methods of analysis of philosophical problems applied in the philosophy of nature and contemporary philosophy of of natural sciences. K_W17 W2 - The student knows and understands to an advanced degree the connections between philosophy and natural sciences, which make it possible to understand the principles of organisms' functioning of organisms and interpreting and generalizing the knowledge possessed. K_W05 U1 - Student is able to use textbooks and on their basis interpret views of selected philosophers and draw conclusions basing on the knowledge possessed. on the basis of possessed knowledge. K_U08, K_U09 U2 - Students are able to communicate with the society using specialist terminology in the field of philosophy of nature and philosophy of natural sciences and participate in a debate, adequately presenting and justifying their position and evaluating in a discussion different opinions and positions. K_U14 K1 - The student is ready to cultivate and disseminate patterns of proper conduct in and outside the work environment, to make decisions independently, to critically assess own actions as well as the actions of teams and organisations he/she participates in, and to bear responsibility for the consequences of their actions. K_W08 W2 - The student knows and understands to an advanced degree the connections between philosophy and natural sciences, which make it possible to understand the principles of organisms' functioning of organisms and interpreting and generalizing the knowledge possessed. K_W03 U1 - The student is able to make a proper selection of philosophical sources and interpret views of selected philosophers, as well as draw conclusions based on his/her knowledge.
